A Note of Encouragment

I found a note written to myself from this past January. In His goodness, the Holy Spirit anticipates the weariness ahead and equips us for the time to come.

Lift your drooping hands. Strengthen your weak knees. Do not grow weary or fainthearted, 

but consider Christ, the perfecter of our faith. 

Live by faith.

You are living in the land of promise by faith in Jesus Christ,

who is the same yesterday and today and forevermore.

Live in assurance.

Live richly in your tent, O' sojourner.

In a foreign land, live as an heir, 

with face set and eyes fixed to the city that is to come,

whose founder and creator is our Lord.
